Stationery Academy 2016 Session

Friends, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to speak at Stationery Academy 2016 Session this March 6-9 in Pensacola, Florida! Stationery Academy is a 3 day, all-inclusive workshop specifically for makers, artists, and designers. One of my favorite parts about this conference is how specific it is to the needs of entrepreneurs who create private label products to sell. My friend, Jennifer Faught, is the President of Stationery Academy. She has a huge heart for helping fellow women run their businesses with clarity, strategy and action.

Stationery Academy is rooted in six elements called the 6 Pillars of a Successful Creative Business. These six elements form a strong base from which your business can grow, and they are explored in a number of different ways. They are: Core, Client, Brand, Money, Marketing, and Plan.

I will be speaking on the pillar of Your Brand. Your brand is much more than your logo and color palette. It involves developing your own signature style and translating that to every aspect of your business. I’ll also be leading a breakout session on Etsy success and how to transition to an online shop.

I will be joined by 4 amazing speakers at the conference. Each instructor is extremely familiar with the frustrations you face because we’ve all been where you are. Stationery Academy is a place where you gain the knowledge and skills you need to move your business forward—in a supportive environment with other creative business owners just like you, where you feel safe to share your struggles and your victories.
