One of my favorite memories of elementary school was decorating the white paper bags that would eventually hold sweets, treats and little treasures given by my classmates on Valentine’s Day. Even though those days are gone, I am still in the habit of creating special little Valentine’s gifts for my close friends, because let’s face it: we all miss those bags full of special somethings! This year, I’ve paired some of my favorite Lily & Val cards with treats that I know my friends will love more than suckers or sweethearts.
Polish or lip balm, one can never have too many! I love this ‘punny’ message paired with those funky lip balms we all know and love.
To me, Valentine’s Day is about showing your love through little gifts and kind words in pretty cards, and I never pass up an opportunity like that!
