The crispness of fall has officially set in! The cool autumn breeze has replaced the warmth of the summer sun, and we’re layering up and settling in for the season. Sweater Weather holds a special place in our hearts and because of this, we created a card in honor of this all-too-short season! Inspired by the spirit of our “Hello Sweater Weather” card, we put together a list of our essentials for a perfect sweater weather day.
- One // I am obsessed with this Paper Crown sweater! It is soft and cozy, but the best part is the three bows tying it together on the back. It’s an unexpected, adorable detail.
Two // Speaking of great details, these lace topped bootie socks are feminine and pretty. A cozy basic cotton ankle sock has been topped with a wide lace trim so that it is still comfortable! Grace & Lace makes the cutest boot socks, too.
Three // Working with chalk everyday dries out my hands and the cooler weather doesn’t help! This lotion is light, but soothing. Plus, it smells amazing!
Four // I love Tarte for their natural cosmetics and this new matte lip tint shade called, “tempted” is great for fall. The formula is smooth and won’t dry out your lips.
Five // Nothing makes a room cozier on a cool autumn day than burning a candle! Candelle’s “Favorite sweater” candle smells exactly as you would hope and the packaging is lovely.
Six // A warm drink in my L&V mug is a must. I’ve been loving all Harney & Sons teas, but their herbal chamomile is particularly soothing.
One // This is the coziest sweater I have, therefore it is perfect for sweater weather! It’s warm and soft, and I absolutely love the deep wine color!
Two // This scarf keeps you warm and it will go with anything! I love the color and the raw edges. It’s also big enough to wear as a shawl or around your neck.
Three // At the end of a chilly day, baths are the perfect way to warm back up! I can never have too many Lush bombs! This ‘Tisty Totsy” bomb smells of rose and jasmine, and when it dissolves in the bath, my skin feels so soft!
Four // If it’s a perfect fall day, a PSL has to be present! Didn’t you just love those fall festive cups?!
Five // Fall colors are so fun to add into your wardrobe and your makeup! A dark berry lipstick is great for evenings, but can sometimes be too much for day. This lipstick in the shade “Rapture” is my favorite to wear during the day because it’s not too dark and very flattering.
Six // Oh, Bath & Body Works, you can do no wrong in my eyes. Their fall candle collection is one of the first things to get me into the autumn spirit! Ironically, “Sweater Weather” is my favorite scent! With notes of eucalyptus and fresh sage, it really smells like cold weather and all those crispy leaves!
