Can we talk about overwhelm? 😵‍💫

The holidays can be such a source of stress for so many people. Me (Nicole) included. But that takes the fun out of it, doesn’t it?

As someone who struggles with overwhelm often, I have found that these make all the stuff a lot more fun and takes the stress out of all the preparations.

I love creating the Christmas magic - from the decorations to the lights to the matching jammies to the snuggles on the couch watching Christmas movies. I love seeing the look on my kids’ faces when they see everything on Christmas morning.

But in the last couple of years, I’ve begun to focus on not letting myself get stressed during this season. It’s supposed to be holly and jolly. And I’m determined to keep it that way.
